President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Minister of National Education, Yusuf Tekin, attended the opening ceremony of the 2023-2024 academic year at the Ataturk Cultural Center.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in his speech at the opening ceremony of the 2023-2024 academic year held at the Ataturk Cultural Center, mentioned the wide participation of district and county directors, as well as teachers and students. He wished a successful new academic year to the entire education community and continued his speech with the following words:

"After a three-month summer vacation, our students eagerly returned to school on Monday. I kiss the eyes of all our little ones whose hearts are filled with excitement for starting school. I also send my greetings to all the teachers who embrace these precious students as if they were their own children.

Through you, I express my gratitude to every member of our education army who works with enthusiasm in every corner of our 780,000 square kilometers of homeland, from provinces to districts, from villages to cities, on behalf of our country and our nation."
